Fynexa Studio uses your name, email, project description, budget, deadline and selected service to review and respond to your inquiry and prepare a potential agreement. Please do not submit sensitive information. Inquiry records are transmitted to Formspree, our third-party form provider, and are accessible to the studio. We do not sell your personal data or use it for unsolicited marketing. We retain inquiries only as needed for communication, agreed work and applicable legal obligations. Your language preference is stored in your browser. You can clear it in browser settings. Contact caganenesbalci7@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to ask about privacy. Depending on your location, you may also have rights to restrict processing or complain to a supervisory authority.
Terms of Service
This website accepts inquiries, not binding orders or online payments. Listed prices are in USD: one short video $20, three short videos $55, Starter Kit $12 and Pro Bundle $29. Digital products require availability confirmation. Custom animation and monthly packages require a written quote. Before work or payment, we agree in writing on deliverables, revisions, schedule, total charges including any applicable taxes, payment terms, cancellation and refund terms, and usage rights. You must have permission to use any materials you supply. Additional work outside the agreed brief needs approval and may cost extra. Ownership, licensing and third-party asset restrictions are specified in the project agreement. Delivery dates are confirmed individually. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
